2.3 Post-Implementation Period
For software products after implementation is completed:

- Eligible for partial refund: Yes, minus implementation fees, customization costs, and a 30% restocking fee.
- Requirements: Documentation demonstrating that the software does not function as advertised must be provided.
After 14 days post-implementation, software products are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we will work with you to address any issues or concerns with the software's functionality.
3. Implementation Services Refund Policy
3.1 Before Implementation Begins
For implementation services purchased but not yet started:
- Timeframe: Any time before the scheduled implementation start date.
- Eligible for full refund: Yes, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Requirements: Cancellation notice must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date.

For implementation services in progress:

- Eligible for partial refund: Yes, prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee.

3.3 Post-Implementation
For implementation services after completion:

- Eligible for partial refund: Only if the implementation demonstrably fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Requirements: Documentation of implementation deficiencies must be provided.
4. Subscription Services Cancellation Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- Cancellation timeframe: At any time before the next billing cycle.
- Eligible for refund: No refunds for the current billing period. Service will continue until the end of the paid period.
- Requirements: Cancellation notice must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to prevent automatic renewal.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
